Ayam Penyet, mmmmmmmmmmm....

TS and I went for a sunset walk at Changi on Thursday evening, and topped off the evening with a yummy ayam penyet at Changi village hawker centre. It's basically smashed fried chicken served with rice cooked in chicken stock, and a fiery punchy YUMMY YUMMY sambal. Delicious. As you can see, TS was a very happy and satisfied man.
