Back to work soon, so I'm furiously cramming in as many recipe-trials as I can this week. I decided to make banana muffins for the people at work to thank them for all the support these last couple of months.
I've made these cakes many times with varying success depending on the recipe. They've always been edible (thank goodness) but I think I'll be sticking with this formula from now on, with one little tweak - dark chocolate bits instead of white chocolate.
